Is it possible to purchase a gift certificate / gift card for this hotel ?

I would seriously like to know where my refund is? Supposedly refunded on September 7th and still haven't seen it hit my back account. Spoke with my bank and was told they see it but it is being held by this hotel and they have not released the fund

Denise, Our system shows that your card was charged and voided out the same day, September 7th. You should not have any pending transactions from us. Your needs to release the funds, as we are not holding any on our end.
